trying to install windows 10/11 on qemu/kvm virtual machine with gpu passtrought

for some reason ryzen 5 4600 with gtx1650ti does not really want to pass the gpu, perfomance seemed really sluggish compared to any real operating system... if anybody has an windows stock iso (.qcow2) that qemu/kvm is able to boot with nvidia drivers working, hit me up...
